Belize Odyssey Resort is the largest and cleanest hotel property on Caye Caulker - with the most comfortable modern rooms and suites and the only property with the healthiest water quality, whirlpool jacuzzi tubs, free games room and childrens park ,huge green grounds plus lots of extra space for future expansions.

The hotel has grown steadily over the years with increasing accommodation capacity and the addition of new services.

The Vega Family first commenced hotel operations on Caye Caulker over 50 years ago.  One of the Vega properties, Belize Odyssey Resort commenced with 12 rooms with porch, queen beds, television, A/C, private bathrooms and hot water.  Later an additional 10 rooms were added, including 4 deluxe apartments with king beds, kitchenette, living area with sofa/sleeper dinette set, hair dryer, and whirlpool jacuzzi tubs have been added bringing total capacity to 22 of the best rooms, incomparable in our area, ranging from budget pricing upwards.

In future we plan to continue improving the hotel to enhance the visitor vacation experience on Caye Caulker for the maximum enjoyment of our guests.

Be prepared to move around bare feet or to rent a bicycle, golf car or kayak or go swimming , snorkeling or scuba diving in the crystal clear Caribbean waters that surround Caye Caulker.  Daily guided excursions leave Caye Caulker daily on many different exciting adventures trips.  Ask the hotel front desk how to arrange the best adventure trips to the various attractions nearby. Get ready to get wet.  Crystal clear Caribbean waters becon bikini clad visitors every sunny day.  We have virtually one season throughout the year with minimal temperature fluctuations around 84 degrees F.

Accommodation prices vary to suit the different budgets, but ALL are spacious with porch, private bathroom queen bed, television,  hot water, towels, linen daily housekeeping.

Basic rooms have clean ceramic tiled floors, ceiling fan, cool high ceilings, private bathrooms & hot water.

Standard Rooms have air-conditioning, either one or two queen size beds, small fridge & cable television,  private bathroom & hot water.

Apartments have King size beds, equipped kitchenette counter with sink, fridge, coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster oven, stove, utensils, drinking water, dinette set, sofa that converts into a queen size bed, private bathroom, whirlpool jacuzzi tub and hair dryer.
