The main hotel building is constructed of steel reinforced concrete to withstand category five hurricane. On the ground floor there is a drive-in entrance to the building on the east side, lobby, check-in front desk, games room, office, east and west balconies.

The upper floor has two King suites, two Mini-suites and ten other hotel rooms.
There is a huge private roof deck, with large roof palapa, chairs and hammocks for free guest enjoyment, sunbathing, reading relaxing or taking in a spectacular and unique view of Caye Caulker, neighboring islands, the Belize Barrier Reef and Caribbean Sea.
