POLICIES
Cancellations must be submitted to the hotel in writing.
Cancellations occurring more than 30 days prior to the guest’s confirmed arrival date shall qualify for a refund of booking deposit less deduction equivalent of 3 nights’ hotel room rental.
Cancellations occurring within 30 days prior to confirmed guest’s arrival date do not qualify for refund.

OTHER:
1. Normal Hotel Office hours are from opening at 8:00 am to closing at 5:00 pm daily.
2. Guest Check in Time of Arrival at the Hotel is 2:00 pm daily.
3. Guest Check out time from the Room is 11:00 am daily. Late checkouts will incur extra nights room rental charge, payable in advance of the established check-out time recorded on the hotel Register.
4. Guests arriving or checking out of the hotel other than the times designated check in and check out times mentioned in item 2 and 3 above should pre-apply for earlier check-in or later check-out service or to request baggage storage during such overlap times, by contacting the hotel, in advance, at email address odysseylife2001@yahoo.com or at Telephone No. 501 226 0244 or 501 621 1558.
5. With advance notice, we shall be pleased to extend at no extra charge, late check-in service into the hotel to approximately 7:30 pm daily to allow for late arriving guests traveling on the last scheduled Water Taxi to arrive at Caye Caulker daily.
6. Children under 10 years of age are allowed to stay in the same room with parents free of charge.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside rooms.
8.Pets are not allowed inside rooms.
9.Guests are requested to not remove Room linen, pillows, towels, furniture, fixtures or equipment outside the rooms.
10. Room Damages or missing room equipment caused by a guest will be for the account of the corresponding Guest.
11. To make their vacation the most enjoyable experience, Guests are requested to take all normal precautions necessary to reduce risk for losses, damages or injury and are also encouraged to obtain Travel insurance to cover all risks. The Hotel shall not be responsible for guest liability resulting from baggage lost in transit, late arrivals, guest not showing up to register, acts of God, storms, weather, illness or circumstances occurring beyond the control of the hotel or for any other reason.
12. Breach of the above policies by a guest that may cause the hotel to suffer loss or damage shall result in Belize Odyssey Resort taking all necessary action to protect the hotel and minimize further loss.
13. Delay by the hotel to exercise its rights or to protect its interest shall not constitute a waiver of any rights of Belize Odyssey Resort nor constitute a waiver of guest liabilities.
